You will collaborate closely with People Systems, Technology, Data and Analytics, and senior business leaders to modernize Workday, automate critical HR workflows, and strengthen enterprise data foundations. You will gain exposure to enterprise architecture decisions, AI roadmap initiatives, and global transformation programs, all within a culture that values structured delivery, thoughtful collaboration, and continuous improvement.
You will join a team that acts as the bridge between People and Culture strategy and cross functional execution, creating clarity, alignment, and meaningful change at scale.
Your Responsibilities

- You’ll drive Workday modernization efforts, including upgrades, configuration optimization, integrations, and governance alignment.
- You’ll design and implement workflow automation across onboarding, offboarding, workforce management, compensation cycles, and position management.
- You’ll partner with Data and Technology teams to enable secure data ingestion, integration design, and AI ready data structures.
- You’ll own project governance, budgets, RAID logs, resource planning, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
- You’ll guide cross functional teams through structured change management to ensure adoption and long term sustainability.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive project management experience, including 3+ years leading technical or systems driven initiatives.
- Experience delivering enterprise HR, HCM, or People and Culture system transformations, ideally within Workday.
- Proven experience with systems integrations, workflow automation, data initiatives, or analytics and AI related projects.
- Strong ability to connect business requirements with technical execution across complex stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
