• Join a collaborative environment that values inclusion, accountability and continuous improvement

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the implementation of the strategic plan, translating Board priorities into measurable organizational objectives and outcomes

• You’ll oversee financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls and long-term financial sustainability
• You’ll provide governance support and strategic advice to the Board, including policy development, orientation and transition planning
• You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, risk management, facilities, services, business continuity and organizational resources
• You’ll build trusted relationships across the university community, government, sector partners and other key stakeholders
• You’ll oversee legal and regulatory compliance, contracts, insurance, audits and organizational risk

Skills and Qualifications
• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 6+ years in senior management or executive leadership roles
• Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Finance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of governance, financial reporting, controls, organizational risk management and strategic planning
• Demonstrated experience managing complex budgets and financial operations
• Experience leading and developing managers and senior leaders
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a post-secondary, not-for-profit or multi-stakeholder environment is considered an asset
