About the Opportunity

You will play a key role in shaping financial performance, guiding long-range planning, and influencing executive decision-making at scale.
Working closely with cross-functional partners across finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams, you will act as a true FP&A business partner. Your insights will help leaders understand what is driving results, where risks and opportunities lie, and how to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives that matter at the executive and board level.

Your Responsibilities
You will lead the annual operating plan and multi-year strategic planning cycles, aligning assumptions and priorities across the business.
In this role, you will oversee monthly executive reporting, delivering clear variance analysis and insights.
You will prepare quarterly board and investor-facing materials with a strong focus on storytelling and impact.
You will partner with commercial and operational teams to support key customer negotiations and business cases.
You will coach and develop analysts and early-career talent, strengthening both technical and presentation skills.
Skills and Qualifications
8+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience in complex, multi-billion dollar environments.
Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and translate data into executive-level insights.
Experience working cross-functionally in manufacturing, CPG, retail, or similar sectors.
Bachelor’s degree required, accounting designation preferred but not mandatory.
