Your Responsibilities
• You’ll partner with business sponsors, vendors, consultants, and project team members to deliver project objectives and outcomes
• You’ll develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, timelines, risk registers, and status reporting activities
• You’ll lead project planning activities, including requirements gathering, estimation, resource planning, and change management
• You’ll coordinate work across technical teams, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, and vendors to manage dependencies and delivery timelines
• You’ll ensure compliance with governance requirements, information privacy standards, and security assessment processes
• You’ll oversee testing activities and monitor project deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with business requirements
• You’ll maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders and governance committees
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of recent project leadership experience delivering complex technology initiatives in hybrid delivery environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, supplemented by formal project management training, PMP certification preferred
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, including least privilege, RBAC, and PBAC
• Experience implementing identity technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar enterprise IAM platforms
• Knowledge of HR systems such as SuccessFactors and compliance frameworks including NIST, SOX, GDPR, and ISO 27001
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, project risks, and cross-functional dependencies across business and technical teams
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid delivery methodologies, and tools such as Jira
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and proactively drive projects forward with minimal direction
