About the Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing organization in a hands-on Purchasing Analyst role supporting procurement, logistics coordination, and operational reporting functions. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in ensuring materials, inventory, and purchasing activities are aligned with business needs while supporting smooth inbound and outbound logistics operations across North America.
Working closely with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams, you will be responsible for maintaining purchasing accuracy, supporting customs and trade compliance processes, coordinating supplier and shipment activity, and contributing to inventory and reporting initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a highly operational environment where attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong coordination skills are highly valued.

Your Responsibilities • You’ll support purchasing operations through purchase order entry, updates, tracking, and vendor coordination activities. • In this role, you’ll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across North America while ensuring timelines and documentation requirements are met. • You’ll prepare, review, and maintain customs and shipping documentation to support smooth import and export activity. • You’ll monitor inventory levels, purchasing activity, and material movement to support operational continuity and production requirements. • You’ll maintain accurate purchasing and logistics records within SAP and other internal systems. • You’ll support reporting and analysis related to inventory, tariffs, trade compliance, and operational performance. • You’ll collaborate closely with logistics, purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and support daily priorities.
Skills and Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, supply chain, or inventory coordination within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments. • Hands-on experience with purchase order processing, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and operational reporting. • Working knowledge of customs documentation, import/export processes, tariffs, and North American trade regulations including CUSMA or USMCA. • Experience using SAP or ERP systems for purchasing, inventory, or logistics transactions. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
