In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting inbound and outbound logistics operations, inventory visibility, customs documentation, and purchasing coordination activities. Working closely with logistics, warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams, you will help ensure materials move efficiently throughout the supply chain while supporting production continuity and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across North America, ensuring delivery timelines and documentation requirements are met.
• You’ll prepare, review, and maintain shipping and customs documentation to support import and export activities.
• In this role, you’ll support inventory monitoring, material movement tracking, and operational reporting to maintain production continuity.
• You’ll process purchase order updates, track supplier deliveries, and support vendor communication activities.
• You’ll maintain accurate logistics, purchasing, and inventory records within SAP and other internal systems.
• You’ll collaborate with logistics, warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to resolve shipment, inventory, and material discrepancies.
• You’ll support reporting related to inventory performance, trade compliance, tariffs, and operational KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory coordination, purchasing support, or transportation operations within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
• Experience coordinating shipments, maintaining shipping documentation, and supporting inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Working knowledge of customs documentation, import/export processes, tariffs, and North American trade regulations including CUSMA/USMCA.
• Experience processing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and supporting inventory tracking activities.
• Experience using SAP or ERP systems for logistics, inventory, or purchasing transactions.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
