In addition to competitive compensation, you’ll benefit from flexible working hours, annual bonus eligibility, mileage reimbursement, benefits, paid on-call compensation, and a culture that values professional growth and work-life balance.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll support incident investigations, Ministry-related documentation reviews, and corrective action planning across multiple facilities
  • In this role, you’ll conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits to identify and mitigate workplace risks
  • You’ll collaborate closely with operational leaders, district managers, and Joint Health & Safety Committees to promote safety compliance and awareness
  • You’ll review and manage high volumes of health and safety documentation, ensuring timelines, reporting, and records remain accurate and audit-ready
  • You’ll assist with training initiatives, including reviewing and supporting the rollout of investigation and risk assessment processes within Intelex systems
  • You’ll provide ongoing support during emergency situations, investigations, and regulatory visits as required

  • Experience conducting incident investigations, workplace inspections, and risk assessments
  • Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate timelines, and proactively support teams
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with experience managing complex documentation and reporting processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with experience working alongside leadership teams and operational stakeholders
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between sites using your own vehicle
  • Professional designation, or currently working toward one, is considered an asset
