A well-established organization in the healthcare supply industry is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the daily movement and storage of essential medical supplies. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll pick and pack medical supplies accurately based on order requirements
• In this role, you’ll receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments within the warehouse
• You’ll support inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks
• You’ll safely operate a pallet jack to move materials throughout the facility
• You’ll follow established health and safety procedures, including proper lifting practices and workplace protocols
• You’ll communicate with team members using phone, email, text, and mobile devices to support daily operations
• You’ll adapt to changing priorities and workflows in a dynamic warehouse setting
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving within a warehouse environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and remaining on your feet throughout the shift
• Experience operating a pallet jack safely and efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions carefully
• Tech-savvy with confidence using iPhones or mobile devices for task management and communication
• CSA-approved steel-toe shoes are required
• Comfortable working in a laboratory storage environment with a scent-free workplace policy
