You will collaborate closely with leaders, HR, Health and Safety, and external partners across Canada to deliver consistent, people-first case management. Your work will directly influence safe, timely return-to-work outcomes and help shape processes that improve both employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

This is an opportunity to deepen your expertise in absence and disability management while working in an environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth. Expect meaningful work, supportive leadership, and a culture that prioritizes both people and performance.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage occupational injury claims end to end, from intake through to return-to-work and closure
• You’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant case management across jurisdictions
• You’ll assess claims, determine reporting requirements, and submit documentation to Workers’ Compensation Boards
• You’ll facilitate return-to-work planning, including modified duties and ongoing progress monitoring
• You’ll act as a key liaison, resolving barriers and guiding stakeholders toward effective outcomes
• You’ll identify complex cases early and support appeals or escalations with thorough documentation
• You’ll analyze claims data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes

Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in disability and occupational claims management
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Canadian absence-related legislation and Workers’ Compensation frameworks
• Experience with HRIS and case management systems such as Workday or Intelex
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively
• Experience in a multi-site environment is an asset
