About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large public sector organization supporting a critical Enterprise Asset Management transformation. You will play a key role in Phase 2 of a multi-year HxGN EAM reconfiguration project, helping implement solutions that directly address operational pain points and improve system performance.
You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of analysts, technical experts, and asset management leaders. Your work will directly impact how infrastructure and assets are managed across the organization, making this a highly visible and meaningful engagement.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll configure and optimize the HxGN EAM system to align with new business requirements
- You’ll develop, test, and implement technical solutions across the platform
- You’ll write and maintain SQL queries, reports, triggers, and stored procedures to support KPIs and reporting
- You’ll manage user access, permissions, and system configurations
- You’ll troubleshoot system issues and contribute to Agile ceremonies, including user story development
Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with HxGN EAM systems
- Strong SQL development experience including queries, stored procedures, and reporting (SSRS)
- Experience supporting system upgrades and implementations
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
