Language: Bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken required)

Your Responsibilities
- You will courteously engage with customers and respond to their inquiries promptly.
- In this position, you’ll proactively assess and address customer needs to resolve any complaints efficiently.
- You will accept and accurately process customer orders, adhering to designated business protocols.
- You’ll maintain open lines of communication with customers regarding their orders, working with various departments to confirm lead times.
- You will keep customer account and contact information updated in the CRM, fostering ongoing satisfaction.
- You’ll assist in promoting additional products when suitable, enhancing overall client engagement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bilingual (French & English) proficiency is essential.
- Previous experience in a Customer Support or Service capacity is required.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities with a sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
