Job Description

Location: Fully on site in Mississauga, ON
Language: Proficient in both written and spoken English

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll answer phones and assist customers with order inquiries, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • In this role, you’ll manage order entry processes, maintaining accurate records and timely responses.
  • You will develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with a positive demeanor.
  • You’ll schedule callbacks and redirect calls as necessary to ensure efficient service.
  • You will communicate delivery ETAs effectively, keeping customers informed and engaged.
  • In this position, you’ll handle B2B calls, fostering connections that contribute to smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, specifically within manufacturing or distribution industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a friendly approach.
  • Familiarity with order management systems and customer service protocols.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with clients and team members.
  • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
