This is an exciting opportunity to join a public-sector organization supporting enterprise-level risk initiatives during a period of high activity and evolving priorities. As the Risk Operations Specialist, you will play a critical, hands-on role enabling the smooth execution of enterprise risk management operations through strong systems support, coordination, and delivery.
Working closely with senior risk leaders, you will act as a trusted right-hand resource, helping translate strategy into action through polished presentations, accurate reporting, and clear, elevated communication that resonates with executive stakeholders.

This contract offers exposure to enterprise risk management, Agile project delivery, and leadership-facing reporting, all within a culture that values collaboration.
Manage and optimize ERM systems and tools, including SharePoint workspaces, Jira workflows, and MS Office reporting and dashboards.
Coordinate planning and execution of ERM initiatives, tracking milestones, timelines, and dependencies across programs.
Prepare and consolidate risk metrics, KRIs, KPIs, and dashboards to support weekly and ongoing leadership reviews.
Develop high-quality presentation decks and written materials that reflect executive-level communication standards.
Support process enablement by helping implement and refine ERM processes, issue tracking, and integrated assurance activities.
Act as a flexible, hands-on contributor, stepping in where capacity is constrained and priorities shift.
3-5 years of risk management experience (ERM)
Strong proficiency with Jira or similar Kanban-based tools, SharePoint, and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience building dashboards, reports, and senior leadership presentations
Practical experience supporting Agile or change-driven initiatives
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for senior stakeholders
Experience in risk management or enterprise risk management is a strong asset
