Your Responsibilities
- You’ll develop and execute end-to-end communications plans, keeping stakeholders informed and managing multiple projects with organization and precision.
- You’ll provide expert counsel to internal clients on approach, tone, and timing to ensure communications have maximum impact.
- You’ll contribute innovative ideas to enhance communications activities, linking strategies to organizational goals.
- You’ll craft, edit, and deploy internal communications, including leadership memos, newsletters, and project-based updates.
- You’ll support system-wide communications, including email campaigns, and collaborate with creative services to produce effective content.
- You’ll monitor and evaluate communications effectiveness, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive communications experience, ideally in healthcare.
- Degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven success in developing and delivering communications plans for corporate strategies, change initiatives, and campaigns.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience building collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with email deployment tools, media relations, CP style writing, and event coordination is an asset.
