You will collaborate closely with experienced Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery leaders to enhance practices and alignment across the enterprise.

In this position, you will be instrumental in shaping how teams think, deliver, and grow. You will have a meaningful impact on organizational transformation, enabling teams to build stronger product mindsets, streamline delivery practices, and strengthen Agile capabilities at scale. This is an opportunity to coach, guide, and influence a culture that values learning, openness, and innovation.

What’s In It for You

You will join a workplace that values collaboration, transparency, and curiosity. This role offers exposure to senior leaders, the ability to shape enterprise delivery culture, and the chance to work with high-performing teams that are already deeply engaged in Agile.
You will have the opportunity to leave a lasting impact by helping teams refine their craft while being part of an environment that celebrates growth and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• You will foster the adoption of Agile principles across teams, aligning delivery practices with enterprise goals.
• You will coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and advanced Agile teams to deepen practices and strengthen team performance.
• You will educate and advise leaders and teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, tailoring approaches to organizational needs.
• You will manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and key events with confidence and clarity.
• You will identify systemic impediments and work with leadership to drive strategic change.
• You will develop Agile maturity backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics to guide continuous improvement.
• You will deliver training sessions that build enterprise-wide Agile capability.
• You will promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and iterative improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and training.
• Proven experience applying Scrum and Kanban frameworks within advanced Agile teams.
• Demonstrated success coaching mature teams and helping them refine and evolve established practices.
• Strong servant leadership approach, guiding experienced teams through ongoing improvement cycles.
• Deep knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models.
• Excellent facilitation, mentoring, communication, and influencing skills across all levels.
• Ability to remove complex impediments, foster collaboration, and drive alignment.
• Experience leveraging Agile metrics to measure maturity, track value delivery, and demonstrate coaching impact.
• Additional Agile coaching or facilitation training is considered an asset.
