Job Description

Job Posting: Computer Application Support (Server/Network) — Contract

We’re seeking one (1) Computer Application Support professional to support a fast-paced operations lab environment, providing server and network support and maintaining technical/data equipment to enable technology integration and emerging AI capabilities.

Term / Effort: Full-time contract, 780 hours (~22 weeks), Dec 29, 2025 – May 29, 2026

Security: Secret clearance required

What you’ll do

  • Server support: Setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of servers and lab equipment

  • Networking (medium complexity): Configure LAN/WAN and related network setups

  • Network engineering admin: Preventative maintenance, multicast support, and advising on network security/operations

  • Network documentation: Create network diagrams and record technical data

What you bring (must-have)

  • Education: Certificate/diploma/degree in Computer Science or a related field (recognized Canadian post-secondary)

  • Experience:

    • 1+ year (last 3 years): Server administration, network engineering, and network management

    • 1+ year (last 6 years): Work in a “system of systems” environment (analysis, development, implementation)

    • Exposure to tools/environments such as GCCS-J, TAK, ground tactical data links, and/or cross-domain solutions (e.g., Radiant Mercury) is an asset
