About the Opportunity

Our client in the retail industry is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator, Production Development III to join their Product Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about outdoor recreation products and eager to gain hands on exposure to the full product lifecycle. You will work closely with designers, developers, and product managers, contributing to product data management and supporting the journey from concept to production.

In this collaborative role, you will be part of a team that values curiosity, organization, and continuous learning. Your work will directly support cross functional teams and help ensure products are accurately documented, sampled, and prepared for internal reviews and strategy discussions.

Your Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will help maintain accurate product information, documentation, and sample libraries.
  • You will assist in preparing materials, presentations, and reports for internal product meetings.
  •  You will coordinate with vendors on sample requests, reviews, and timelines.
  • You will support cross functional partners including Merchandising, QA, Brand, Packaging, and E Commerce with product updates and data accuracy.
  • You will help manage product packaging specifications and related communication.
  • You will conduct basic competitive research to support product strategy.
  • You will contribute to process improvements and operational tasks across the Product Development team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, product support, data coordination, or a related field.
  • Education in Business, Engineering, Industrial Design, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with cross functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new systems.
  • Interest in outdoor recreation, camping, or gear is considered an asset.

Our typical hiring range is between $44,000 and $73,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
