Our leading retail client, Canadian Tire Corporation, is looking for a Program Analyst to join the Product Quality Assurance Operations team where your analytical strengths and technical problem solving skills will support the performance of a large and complex quality management function. In this role, you will act as a connector between data, systems and business processes, helping drive accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.
As the team’s Power User, you will become the trusted expert for tools, automation and troubleshooting. You will support internal teams, streamline workflows and enhance the systems that keep product quality operations running. You will also support AI and automation initiatives, working with internal SaaS applications and bots to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive work while ensuring seamless execution of operational and financial processes.

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $75,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
