About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a Data Integration Analyst to support key digital transformation and marketing modernization initiatives. This role is central to building a connected data ecosystem that enables more personalized member experiences and stronger marketing performance insights.

You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and IT, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data flows seamlessly across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Your work will directly support segmentation, attribution, and campaign effectiveness, helping teams better understand customer behavior and optimize engagement strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll design and implement data integration solutions across CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and internal systems
  • You’ll optimize CRM and analytics environments to improve customer tracking, campaign measurement, and attribution accuracy
  • You’ll support data migration initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms
  • You’ll collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to integrate new data sources and enhance segmentation, attribution models, scoring, and performance reporting
  • You’ll maintain data quality, governance standards, and documentation to support compliance and operational efficiency
  • You’ll contribute to system enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement of integration and MarTech best practices

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience working with CRM and marketing analytics platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools including Marketo, Eloqua, Acoustic, or Dynamics 365 Marketing
  • Strong proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Solid technical skills in SQL, with experience in Python or Java considered an asset
  • Experience supporting data integration, migration, or marketing data ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of marketing data concepts such as segmentation, attribution, and campaign performance tracking
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
