Job Description

Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking a BMC Remedy Developer to support with a project migration from custom Remedy applications to the Helix upgrade. This is a 1+ year remote contract opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate in the migration of Remedy Custom Applications to the BMC Helix Platform.
  • Participate in the migration of the BMC Helix Platform to a newer version.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice regarding the Enterprise ITSM Tool features and administration in support of the definition and implementation of business solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to technical leads and subject matter experts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience developing custom applications in ITSM BMC Remedy projects
  • 3+ years of experience using BMC ITSM system (Remedy 9.1 or newer) with BMC Developer Studio for designing, configuring, and deploying BMC Remedy solution-based applications
  • SECRET Level Federal Government clearance is required 

Education

ITIL V3 Certification
Relevant post-secondary degree/diploma
