Business Analyst - Bilingual (FR/EN)

Our leading air security client is looking for a Bilingual Business Systems Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. 

The Business Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting stakeholders in designing and optimizing business processes aligned with IT systems. This role involves meeting with clients to define system requirements, analyzing business systems, and creating plans to improve and streamline operations. Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in computer science, IT management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, defining requirements, designing system solutions, and implementing business requirements for enterprise systems.
• Proven experience in:
  • Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for IT systems.
  • Preparing RFPs, including developing statements of work, solution/service requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• Knowledge of business and system development methodologies.
• A solid understanding of project management and quality assurance practices.
• Experience in creating project schedules, defining team roles, and planning resources.
• Familiarity with reporting project status, managing risks/issues, and creating mitigation strategies.
• A thorough understanding of IT environments, including the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
• Knowledge of application testing and developing testing procedures.

• Experience in vendor or contract management.
• Certification in business analysis from a recognized institution.
• Familiarity with industry standards, such as IIBA and BABOK best practices.
