Location: Ottawa, ON, Hybrid 2-3 days a week onsite 
Language: Strong written and verbal communication in English required, bilingualism in French is an asset

About the Opportunity
Our client, a nationally recognized non-profit organization, is seeking a hands-on Manager, Information Technology to lead and strengthen its technology ecosystem. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and optimized to support a mission-driven network that makes a real difference in communities across Canada.

You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT services that enable both employees and volunteers to operate effectively. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage and mentor a team of analysts across business systems and help desk functions
• You’ll lead day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system reliability, performance, and service excellence across the organization
Lead the technical administration and maintenance of enterprise-level systems, including the CRM (D365), Volunteer Management System (VMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and financial systems (Sparkrock365). 
• You’ll manage vendors and service providers, holding partners accountable to performance and delivery standards
• You’ll implement cybersecurity protocols, data governance practices, and business continuity plans
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational needs

Skills and Qualifications
• 5–7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
• Experience managing analysts, including business systems and help desk functions
• Strong vendor management experience, particularly with managed service providers
• Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience managing enterprise systems and working with external vendors
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and IT operations best practices
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
