Location: Ottawa, Ontario (Hybrid, 2 days on-site per week)

Your Responsibilities- You’ll coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics and organization
- You’ll support the Director and team with expense reporting, calendar management, and administrative coordination
- You’ll prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items to keep priorities on track
- You’ll maintain accurate records, filing systems, and CRM databases
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support ongoing projects and initiatives
Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
- Diploma or certificate in office administration or equivalent training and experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset
- Experience with MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar
- A positive, adaptable attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
