Job Description

Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid)
Training: On site will be required for the first few months.
Language: Fully bilingual, strong written and spoken communication in English and French
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + benefits
Rotating Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and 11am-7pm (Must be available and willing to work both shifts)

Our client, a respected organization in the non-profit sector, is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Coordinator to support a national stewardship program focused on environmental compliance. In this role, you will play a key part in helping organizations across Canada meet regulatory requirements, contributing to meaningful sustainability efforts.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll guide clients through recycling regulations and compliance requirements across Canada

  • In this role, you’ll manage client accounts, ensuring timely reporting and remittances

  • You’ll follow up on documentation and support invoicing-related inquiries

  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve client issues

  • You’ll maintain accurate records and perform basic audit and reconciliation checks

  • You’ll provide bilingual client support via phone and email


Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in client services, administration, or account management

  • Fluently bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken, with testing required

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Outlook

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Financial literacy or experience with reporting and invoicing is an asset

  • Experience with compliance or environmental regulations is considered a strong asset
