Our client, a well-established and fast-growing organization in the food and beverage manufacturing space, is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join their collaborative and high-performing team. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic sourcing decisions, ensuring operational continuity, and driving data-informed insights across the business.

Working closely with procurement, planning, and finance teams, you will contribute to a culture that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support category strategy development through data analysis, forecasting, and market insights
• You’ll manage demand planning data and collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory and supplier performance
• You’ll act as a key point of contact for suppliers, supporting performance tracking, issue resolution, and relationship management
• You’ll contribute to contract negotiations through cost analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modeling
• You’ll monitor market trends and supply risks, providing recommendations to support business continuity
• You’ll build and maintain forecasting models and reporting tools to guide sourcing and operational decisions

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Food Science, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
