Senior Treasury Analyst

Location: North York, ON (Hybrid, 3 days on-site)

About the Opportunity

Our client, a growing private organization within the real estate sector, is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support their evolving finance function. This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in strengthening cash flow visibility, liquidity planning, and financial operations across a multi-entity portfolio.

You will partner directly with the VP of Finance and collaborate with accounting, operations, and external lenders to ensure financial stability across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a team that is intentional about growth and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll manage daily and monthly cash flow forecasting, ensuring sufficient liquidity across multiple entities
• In this role, you’ll oversee banking activities, payments, and relationships with financial institutions and lenders
• You’ll support financing and construction initiatives by tracking funding requirements and coordinating with stakeholders
• You’ll prepare treasury reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for senior leadership
• You’ll maintain debt schedules and ensure compliance with loan covenants and reporting requirements
• You’ll identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and reporting tools
  

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, or accounting
• Strong experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with ERP or treasury systems is an asset
• Experience supporting multi-entity or real estate, property management, or healthcare environments is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
