Job Title: Project Director, Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Location: Remote/or Ottawa, ON, Hybrid, 2–3 days on-site expected

Compensation: Rate Range: $109,210–$136,550/year

You’ll lead large-scale IAM programs through concept, requirements, design, and implementation.
You’ll set the vision for SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and identity governance, driving adoption across the enterprise.
You’ll ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO, and ITSG standards while aligning to internal security policies.
You’ll manage scope, budget, schedules, and risks, partnering with PMs and cross-functional teams.
You’ll oversee vendors and contracts and guide integration of platforms like Azure AD, Okta, or Ping with enterprise systems.
8+ years leading IAM or security programs in multi-technology environments.
Hands-on leadership with IAM platforms (Azure AD, Okta, Ping), SSO, MFA, access provisioning, and lifecycle management.
Proven experience with RFPs, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
Strong grasp of identity governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, plus stakeholder and change management.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM are preferred.
