Job Description

Location: Brampton Head Office, Hybrid, 2 days on-site per week, plus visits to retail stores and the Distribution Centre

Duration: 8–12 month contract

This is a high-impact contract opportunity for a senior IT leader, who will act as a Project Manager,  who thrives in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments. You’ll step into a critical role leading Microsoft tenant strategy and retail systems integration during a complex enterprise transition, where execution, clarity, and ownership truly matter.

Working closely with IT, security, retail operations, and external vendors, you’ll play a key role in ensuring systems are integrated seamlessly and securely. This role sits within a large retail organization, where technology directly supports frontline teams, customers, and business continuity across Canada.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll develop and own a detailed technical integration plan covering Microsoft tenant migration and retail systems cutover.
  • In this role, you’ll lead tenant and complex data migrations into Canada while ensuring PCI, security, and privacy compliance.
  • You’ll negotiate vendor SOWs and contracts efficiently, keeping timelines and scope tightly managed.
  • You’ll coordinate network, hardware, and field support strategies across head office, stores, and distribution environments.
  • You’ll deliver clear runbooks and ensure operational readiness ahead of go-live milestones.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 + years of progressive experience in IT project management or technical program leadership.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft tenant migrations and Azure AD hybrid identity.
  • Strong background integrating retail systems, including ERP, POS, OMS, WMS, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vendor negotiation, SOW review, and delivery accountability.
  • Solid understanding of PCI compliance and Canadian privacy requirements.
  • A track record of delivering complex initiatives under tight timelines with measurable outcomes.
