As a Project Coordinator, Learning Experience Designer, you will play a hands-on role in transforming learning content into interactive, accessible, and user-centered eLearning experiences that support learners across a global audience.

You will collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, UX professionals, Editors and SME’s. Your work will directly contribute to the successful migration of courses from Moodle to Docebo, ensuring learning content is not only technically sound but intuitive, engaging, and effective for end users.

What’s In It for You

You will join a collaborative, purpose-driven environment where learning quality and accessibility truly matter. This role offers exposure to large-scale LMS migrations, modern learning technologies, and cross-functional teamwork within a respected public-sector organization. It is a great opportunity to deepen your technical L&D skill set while contributing to meaningful, real-world impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll build and enhance interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, based on content provided by Instructional Designers.
  • In this role, you’ll support the migration of courses from Moodle to Docebo, including uploading, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting content.
  • You’ll collaborate with UX professionals to optimize learner experience and apply interactive features and tools within the LMS.
  • You’ll conduct quality assurance testing to ensure courses meet accessibility standards, SCORM compliance, and usability best practices.
  • You’ll support front-end course deployment and help evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback and assessment tools.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in eLearning development, LMS administration, or learning technology roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 is required.
  • Working knowledge of Docebo and Moodle, or comparable LMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, including AODA and WCAG 2.0.
  • Experience supporting course migration projects and performing QA testing.
  • A detail-oriented, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
