Nous collaborons avec une entreprise immobilière de renom afin de recruter un(e) Comptable bilingue en immobilier motivé(e) et rigoureux(se) pour se joindre à leur équipe. La personne sera responsable de la gestion financière d’un portefeuille d’immeubles commerciaux et industriels, incluant le suivi des baux, la facturation et l’analyse de la performance financière.

Responsabilités principales

  • Assurer la gestion comptable complète d’un portefeuille immobilier désigné ;
  • Effectuer la tenue de livres, les écritures de régularisation et les conciliations bancaires ;
  • Gérer la facturation mensuelle et les encaissements liés aux loyers ;
  • Analyser les écarts budgétaires et financiers, et préparer les rapports mensuels de performance (NOI) ;
  • Participer à la préparation du budget annuel et des prévisions ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (légal, opérations, gestion immobilière) pour assurer la cohérence des données financières ;
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus comptables et à la mise à jour des outils de travail ;
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée à la fonction.
Qualifications
  • Titre CPA (atout) ;
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans le secteur immobilier (commercial ou industriel) ;
  • Expérience en budgétisation (atout) ;
  • Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit ;
  • Excellentes habiletés d’analyse, souci du détail et autonomie ;
  • Connaissance d’un logiciel immobilier (ex. Yardi, Hopem ou Space) ;
  • Esprit d’équipe, proactivité et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.

Location: Downtown Montreal or Ottawa (4 days in office)

We are partnering with a well-established real estate company to recruit a bilingual Real Estate/Property Accountant who is motivated, detail-oriented, and thorough to join their team. The Accountant will be responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, including lease administration, billing, and financial performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full accounting cycle for an assigned real estate portfolio;
  • Perform bookkeeping, adjusting entries, and bank reconciliations;
  • Oversee monthly rent invoicing and payment collections;
  • Analyze budget and financial variances and prepare monthly performance reports (NOI);
  • Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, operations, property management) to ensure financial data accuracy and consistency;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and tools;
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • CPA designation (asset);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate/property accounting (commercial or industrial);
  • Experience in budgeting (asset);
  • Strong command of both French and English, spoken and written;
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and autonomy;
  • Familiarity with real estate accounting software (e.g., Yardi, Hopem, or Space);
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
