Bilingual SAP Manufacturing Lead 

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 9 months contract

 

Our client is looking for a Bilingual (FR/EN) SAP Manufacturing Lead with experience in SAP Roll-out and functional expertise in SAP PP, QM, PM (not all modules required, at least one of them).

 

Work is hybrid, with a couple visits to client site (Saint Hyacinthe, Quebec) to be planned for the remainder of 2025, and presence on site expected in 2026 during test phase (3x 3-week periods between January and April).

The end client is a company that specializes in dairy products and operates in the food industry, focusing on the production and distribution of a wide range of dairy goods

 

Must haves:

  • SAP Roll-out experience
  • Functional SAP PP, QM, PM (not all modules required, at least one of them)
  • proficiency in Business Process Analysis is required
  • Ability to understand functional specifications and test cases
  • Bilingual (FR/EN)

 

The role requires the candidate to:

  • support key users during testing and goLive preparation
  • lead a team (onshore and offshore resources from client and Accenture)
  • Be a good team player – works well in a team
  • Have good communication skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Advise, lead, and work on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle.
  • Provide advisory work for the IT function itself, ensuring the team collaborates effectively and manages decisions that impact project outcomes.
  • Engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.           
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.            
  • Mentor team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.         
  • Analyze project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.              
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
