With rapid expansion across malls, retail spaces, and grocery locations nationwide, we’re looking for driven leaders who are ready to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with our client in the retail space.
This is not your typical retail management role. As Store Manager, you’ll be at the center of a high-performance team, blending sales leadership, coaching, and operations management to drive both growth and customer satisfaction.
Lead and inspire your team – hire, train, and coach sales associates to deliver exceptional results, exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets, and grow professionally.
Be hands-on in the business – support your team on the sales floor, step in to demonstrate best practices, and help close deals when needed.
Drive performance through coaching – spend the majority of your time mentoring sales associates, identifying what’s working, and removing obstacles to help them achieve success.
Oversee daily operations – manage scheduling, staffing, and store performance to ensure smooth operations and profitability.
Champion the culture – lead by example, create an energetic, collaborative atmosphere, and motivate your team to stay engaged and goal-focused.
Proven retail sales leadership experience (5+ years preferred) with a track record of coaching teams to exceed performance targets.
Background in B2C sales with comfort leading in a face-to-face, customer-first environment (experience in financial services, telecom, or quota-driven retail a plus).
Ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent in a fast-paced, high-turnover setting.
Entrepreneurial mindset – adaptable, resourceful, and excited by the pace of a growing organization.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels.
Base salary plus monthly bonuses tied to store profitability (high performers earn significantly more).
Equity ownership opportunities – benefit directly from the company’s growth.
Full-time hours in a retail setting (including some weekends).
21 days of paid time off annually plus comprehensive benefits from day one.
Work in a startup-style culture where your leadership directly shapes the team and the business.
