Job Description
Our retail client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Technology team on a tempoary basis for two months with potential for extension.
This role will be reporting to and supporting the CTO. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week on site at the client's office in North Vancouver.
Candidates must be elligible to work in Canada.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Calendar management for the CTO.
- Providing meeting logistics support including meeting space coordination, catering management, and technical set up.
- Domestic and international travel bookings
- Submit expense reports for the CTO in a timely manner.
- Support employee events for the Technology leadership team, and the entire organization as requested.
- Provide high level support in developing meeting agendas and presentation materials.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of Administrative or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment, having managed calendars and travel bookings for executive leadership
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills.
- Great time management skills, coupled with the ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.
- Possesses strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
