Job Description

Our client, in the distributor sector, is seeking a motivated and professional individual to join their team on a short-term basis as a Customer Feedback Survey Representative.

This role involves reaching out to customers they worked with in the previous quarter to gather valuable feedback about their experience and assess their likelihood of recommending the company’s services. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, tracking responses in Excel, and maintaining professional communication.

  • Duration: 3 weeks.
  • Location: Fully in-office, Oakville, ON (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible remote work one day per week).
  • Pay Rate: $23.00/hour.
  • Start Date: Monday, January 13th, 2025.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reach out to customers via phone and email using a provided contact list.
  • Conduct surveys over the phone and email.
  • Accurately document survey responses in Excel.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage calls with customers across Canada and the US.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong and professional communication skills.
  • Experience with cold calling or reaching out to new contacts is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data entry and tracking.
  • Confidence working in an open-concept environment.
  • Comfortable handling customer interactions over phone and email.
