Business Analyst
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
�� Location: Hybrid in Regina, 1-2 days per week onsite or less
�� Contract Length: until May 31, 2027, with two (2) possible extensions (6 months each extension term)
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-impact project team. This role requires strong experience with software package solutions, workshop facilitation, and hands-on use of tools like Jira, SharePoint, Visio, and Miro. Familiarity with Sapiens Policy and Claims Modules is considered a strong asset.
Must-Haves:
Minimum eight (8) years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, working on a variety of information technology projects.
Minimum four (4) years of experience specializing in gathering detailed requirements for large and complex software package solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in modelling and analyzing complex processes, translating them into detailed software requirements.
Extensive expertise in documenting detailed requirements for both software package solutions and custom-built solutions.
Extensive experience in workshop facilitation.
Experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases.
Demonstrated ability to explore and understand application features.
Experience using tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Visio, Miro.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environment.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions.
- Must provide 3 professional references
Nice-to-Haves:
Knowledge of workers’ compensation policies, policy management, and claims management is an asset.
Proficiency in Sapiens Policy and Claims Modules is an asset
