Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
�� Location: Hybrid in Regina, 1-2 days per week onsite or less
�� Contract Length: until May 31, 2027, with two (2) possible extensions (6 months each extension term)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-impact project team. This role requires strong experience with software package solutions, workshop facilitation, and hands-on use of tools like Jira, SharePoint, Visio, and Miro. Familiarity with Sapiens Policy and Claims Modules is considered a strong asset.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, working on a variety of information technology projects.

• Minimum four (4) years of experience specializing in gathering detailed requirements for large and complex software package solutions.

• Demonstrated expertise in modelling and analyzing complex processes, translating them into detailed software requirements.

• Extensive expertise in documenting detailed requirements for both software package solutions and custom-built solutions.

• Extensive experience in workshop facilitation.

• Experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases.

• Demonstrated ability to explore and understand application features.

• Experience using tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Visio, Miro.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environment.

• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions.
• Must provide 3 professional references

Nice-to-Haves:

• Knowledge of workers’ compensation policies, policy management, and claims management is an asset.

• Proficiency in Sapiens Policy and Claims Modules is an asset
