We’re seeking an experienced Application Support Business Analyst to join a major enterprise modernization initiative. The role involves working with enterprise technology systems, optimizing business processes, and supporting solution delivery within a dynamic project environment. Roles and Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business, stakeholder, and solution requirements for enterprise systems.
Support business process modeling, define business rules, and ensure alignment with system capabilities.
Coordinate data migration and system integration efforts.
Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off.
Develop and maintain documentation for application support, operational processes, and end-user guidance.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI or SQL.
Provide subject matter expertise on enterprise system enhancements and issue resolution.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement)
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise technology environments.
5+ years of experience supporting finance-related processes (e.g., invoice processing, ERP integration).
5+ years leading UAT and developing BI reports/dashboards.
Strong documentation skills for technical and business processes.
Education
Diploma or Degree in Business or IT-related field.
ITIL Certification
Nice-to-Haves
Expertise in CRM–ERP integrations, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
Background in delivering end-user training and creating instructional materials.
