Job Description

Adobe Analytics Implementation Specialist

  • Duration: 1-year contract
  • Est. Start Date: Apr 1, 2025
  • Location: Mississauga, ON (3-5 days on-site)
  • Must haves: exp. with Jira boards, Kanban or Scrum, exp. with implementation, Adobe Analytics
  • Interview: 2 + panel interviews
  • Pay rate: $60-75/HR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Adobe Analytics for web and mobile applications, ensuring accurate data collection and insights generation.
  • Work within an Agile environment, managing tasks using Jira (Kanban/Scrum) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Define and track KPIs, creating custom reports, segments, and dimensions to provide actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and the web analytics team to align analytics strategies with company goals.
  • Oversee tag management, including QA (Quality Assurance) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), to validate data accuracy and system performance.
  • Identify and resolve system performance issues, ensuring scalability and reliability of analytics solutions.
  • Conduct post-project analysis to optimize future initiatives and enhance deployment practices.
  • Develop clear and insightful presentations and reports using PowerPoint or Keynote to communicate findings effectively.

Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Adobe Analytics for web and native apps.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of the Web Development Lifecycle and best practices for analytics integration.
  • Expertise in Jira, including board setup, workflow management, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools (Confluence, Slack) and backlog prioritization.
  • Experience in eCommerce analytics is a plus

 

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):

✔ Adobe Analytics implementation experience
✔ Jira (Kanban/Scrum) expertise
✔ Strong QA & testing experience for analytics data validations.
