Senior Scrum Master

Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a large-scale Workforce Management implementation. In this role, you will guide Scrum teams, foster Agile best practices, and ensure seamless collaboration across technical and business stakeholders to drive a successful deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and coach teams on Agile principles.
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth progress and optimal team performance.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and implementation partners to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of Agile excellence.
• Ensure UKG implementation milestones are met by tracking team velocity and resolving risks proactively.
• Act as an Agile champion, influencing stakeholders and promoting Agile adoption across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, preferably in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Experience in HR/Workforce Management systems (UKG preferred).
• Retail industry experience is strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) and SAFe certifications are preferred
